About Star Chaat Cuisine

Let me introduce you to Star Chaat Cuisine, a spot I genuinely enjoy talking about whenever Indian food comes up, because it brings together flavor, comfort, and convenience in a way that feels effortless. Located at 4930 Dublin Blvd #800, Dublin, CA 94568, United States, Star Chaat Cuisine has that welcoming Indian restaurant vibe where the aroma alone pulls you in before you even check the menu. What really stands out is how the place balances bold street-style flavors with a clean, approachable dining experience, making it just as appealing for a quick lunch as it is for a relaxed meal with friends. The menu leans heavily into comfort food, yet it still feels fresh and thoughtful, especially if you’re someone who likes having healthy options alongside indulgent bites. I often notice how easy it is to find vegetarian and vegan options here, which makes ordering stress-free for mixed groups with different preferences. On top of that, the small plates and quick bite selections are perfect when you want variety without overcommitting to one dish. Service-wise, Star Chaat Cuisine keeps things flexible, which I appreciate in today’s fast-paced routine. Whether you’re in the mood to dine in, grab takeaway, or enjoy no-contact delivery at home, the options are there without any fuss. Outdoor seating adds another layer of comfort, especially on pleasant days when you want to slow down and enjoy your food a little more. Even the coffee offering feels like a nice bonus, rounding out the experience when you want something warm to sip alongside your meal. Overall, Star Chaat Cuisine feels less like a formal restaurant and more like a friendly introduction to Indian flavors, where every visit feels casual, satisfying, and easy to repeat.

First visit here and the food didn’t disappoint. We tried Dahi Aloo Sev Puri, Rakhi Special Thali, Spicy Misal Pav, Masala Buttermilk, and Masala Chai. The sev puri was fresh and tasty, though a bit more dahi would have been perfect. Despite its name, the Spicy Misal Pav wasn’t spicy — mild enough even for those who avoid heat, yet flavorful. The staff were friendly and polite. Overall, a good experience and worth coming back to try more dishes. Tried their zafrani chai, it doesn’t taste like one. I would say it was worse.

In a world full of rush and noise, Star Chaat Cuisine stands as a reminder that simple, well-prepared food can ground the spirit. Just steps away from the Regal movie theater, it is an ideal stop before or after a film—close enough that one can enjoy a meal without haste, yet far enough to feel like a short, welcome pause from the world outside. We ordered garlic naan, raita, basmati rice, and kadai paneer. Each dish arrived without fanfare, but with the quiet confidence of flavors that speak for themselves. The garlic naan was warm and fragrant, soft in hand yet firm enough to scoop. The raita was cool and calming, a balance to everything around it. The basmati rice was light, each grain holding its shape, and the kadai paneer was rich and steady—spiced, but not in a way that overwhelms. It reminded me that strength and warmth can coexist. Star Chaat Cuisine does not try to be anything other than what it is: good food, served with sincerity, in a location that makes life a little easier. One does not need to expect perfection from the world to appreciate what is right in front of them. Here, there is enough to be grateful for—good food, good company, and the convenience of a movie night made simple. In that way, it is a place worth returning to.

Excellent place for some excellent delicious food. We did try this place for the first time and the food was extremely delicious. Sarson ka saag and makkai ki roti was the best here, followed by aloo parata which was fantastic. The misal pav was pretty good too. Highly recommend this place for everyone.

You get nice North Indian food here. Chaat items are a speciality. Presentation is attractive. If you want it spicy, tell them while placing orders. Thali meals combo with chaat is a good idea and it is tasty and filling. Staff are quite friendly. Service is efficient and quick. Ample free parking available.

It was my first visit here. Had a fantastic dine-in experience at Star Chaat Indian Cuisine! From the moment we walked in, the place felt welcoming—clean, cozy, and filled with the aroma of fresh spices that instantly got us excited for the meal. The sev puri was beautifully plated and bursting with textures—crunchy, creamy, spicy, and sweet all in one bite. Service was quick and friendly. Amritsari kulcha was delicious.

If you're in search of authentic North Indian Punjabi cuisine, this restaurant is a fantastic find. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for a memorable meal. I highly recommend starting with the Amritsari Kulcha and the Chole Bhature – both were exceptional and bursting with flavor. Another highlight was the Malai Paneer, a dish that was both unique and incredibly satisfying. The Gobi Manchurian was well-prepared, though it leaned a little sweeter than I typically prefer. To satisfy your sweet tooth, the Moong Dal Halwa is a delicious and comforting choice. While I also tried the Kulfi Falooda, I found the kulfi component could have been better. Overall, this was a wonderful dining experience that I would really recommend.

Tasty Food. All the items we ordered were very tasty. Service was quick too. Malai Soya Chops and Dry Manchurian are excellent. Misal Pav and Vada Pav are good. Mooli Methi Makki Roti and Saag also tasted good.
